4 Indian airports included in Skytrax’s list of top 100 airports
Indira Gandhi International (IGI) airport in New Delhi has been ranked among the top 50 best airports in the world at the 2021 Skytrax World Airport Awards. Delhi airport has improved its overall ranking by five places.
Indira Gandhi International (IGI) airport has become the first Indian airport to feature in the top 50 list. Hamad International Airport in Doha, Qatar has been named the “Best Airport in the World”.
Other Indian airports on this list are:
- Hyderabad: 64 (ranked 71st in 2020)
- Mumbai: 65 (ranked 52 in 2020)
- Bengaluru (Bengaluru): 71 (ranked 68th in 2020)
The Skytrax World Airport Awards list is compiled by UK-based Skytrax, a consulting firm that runs an airline and airport review and ranking site, covering 100 airports. The Skytrax World Airport Awards are voted on by customers in a global airport customer satisfaction survey.

इंदिरा गांधी अंतर्राष्ट्रीय (IGI) हवाई अड्डा शीर्ष 50 की सूची में शामिल होने वाला पहला भारतीय हवाई अड्डा बन गया है| दोहा, कतर में हमाद अंतरराष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डे को “दुनिया में सर्वश्रेष्ठ हवाई अड्डे” का नाम दिया गया है|
