Corona vaccination: 447 Cases of Side Effects So Far

| Two lakh seven thousand 229 people were vaccinated on the first day under the Corona Vaccination in India. This is the largest number of days since the beginning of vaccination in any country. |
Recently, the world’s largest vaccination campaign began in India on 16 January 2021. In the last two days, a total of two lakh 24 thousand 301 people were vaccinated. 447 cases of Adverse Event Following Immunization (AEFI) have been reported so far.
Meanwhile, the government also held a meeting with states and union territories on Sunday and reviewed the campaign. During this period, the progress of vaccination drives, upcoming blockages and ways to improve them were considered.
According to the Health Ministry, the central government has asked the states to do vaccination only 4 days a week so that there is no obstruction in routine health service. Some states have also issued a 4-day schedule.
Manohar Agnani, Additional Secretary, Union Health Ministry, said that the vaccination was done in only 6 states on Sunday. These include Andhra Pradesh (308 sessions), Arunachal Pradesh (14 sessions), Karnataka (64 sessions), Kerala (1 session), Manipur (1 session) and Tamil Nadu (165 sessions).
(Corona vaccine will be vaccinated 6 days a week in Andhra Pradesh and 5 days in Mizoram. There will be vaccination in Goa, Uttar Pradesh and Himachal Pradesh two days a week.)
(Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chandigarh, Chhattisgarh, Dadar and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu, Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Ladakh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Manipur, Puducherry, Punjab, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Tripura, Uttarakhand and West Bengal will be vaccinated in these states only 4 days a week.)

(केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय के एडिशनल सेक्रेटरी मनोहर अगनानी ने बताया कि रविवार को सिर्फ 6 राज्यों में वैक्सीनेशन किया गया। इनमें आंध्र प्रदेश (308 सेशन), अरुणाचल प्रदेश (14 सेशन), कर्नाटक (64 सेशन), केरल (1 सेशन), मणिपुर (1 सेशन) और तमिलनाडु (165 सेशन) शामिल हैं।)
