The third phase of the Prime Minister’s Skill Development Scheme begins
The Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) was launched by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on 15 July 2015 on the occasion of World Youth Skills Day. Under this scheme, the target was to train one crore youth by 2020.
Recently, the third phase of Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana has been started on 15 January 2021, the third phase of which will start in 600 districts of all states of the country. Under the third phase, eight lakh people will be trained during the period 2020-21 of the scheme, on which Rs 948.90 crore will be spent.
This scheme registers for three months, six months and one year, in which a certificate is obtained after completing the course. Under this scheme, youths have to be imparted training related to technical or industries so that they can get employment easily. No training fees are charged from the youth under this scheme.
Under this scheme, youth can develop their skills by taking training in 40 technical areas including electronics, hardware, food processing, fittings, construction.
In order to add more and more youth to the skill development scheme, the government has associated many telecom companies with them for this task. Mobile companies also work to make this scheme available to all people through messages.
The scheme has been started by the Minister for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Mahendra Nath Pandey. The government has greatly improved this time plan based on the experiences of PMKVY first and PMKVY second phase. In the third phase of PMKVY, due to corona epidemic, the deteriorated situation has been taken into consideration.
(प्रधानमंत्री कौशल विकास योजना (पीएमकेवीवाई) की शुरुआत 15 जुलाई 2015 को विश्व युवा कौशल दिवस के अवसर पर माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने की गई थी। इस योजना के तहत 2020 तक एक करोड़ युवाओं को प्रशिक्षण देने का लक्ष्य रखा गया था |)
(हाल ही मे, प्रधानमंत्री कौशल विकास योजना का तीसरा चरण 15 जनवरी 2021 को शुरू किया गया है, जिसका तीसरा चरण देश के सभी राज्यों के 600 जिलों में शुरू होगा | तीसरे चरण के तहत योजना की 2020-21 की अवधि के दौरान आठ लाख लोगों को प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा, जिस पर 948.90 करोड़ रुपये खर्च होंगे |)
(इस योजना में तीन महीने, छह महीने और एक साल के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन होता है, जिसमे कोर्स पूरा करने के बाद सर्टिफिकेट मिलता है | इस योजना में युवाओं को तकनीकि या उद्योगों से जुड़ी ट्रेनिंग देना है ताकि उन्हें आसानी से रोजगार मिल सके | इस योजना के तहत युवाओं से ट्रेनिंग की कोई फीस नहीं ली जाती है |)
(इस योजना के तहत युवा इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स, हार्डवेयर, फूड प्रोसेसिंग, फिटिंग, कंस्ट्रक्शन समेत अन्य 40 तकनीकी क्षेत्रों में ट्रेनिंग ले कर अपना कौशन विकास कर सकते हैं |)
(कौशल विकास योजना को ज्यादा से ज्यादा युवा को जोड़ने के लिए सरकार ने कई टेलिकॉम कंपनियों को इस कार्य के लिए अपने साथ जोड़ा है | मोबाइल कंपनियां भी मैसेज के द्वारा इस योजना को सभी लोगों तक पहुंचाने का काम करती हैं |)
(इस योजना की शुरुआत कौशल विकास व उद्यमिता मंत्री महेंद्र नाथ पांडेय द्वारा की गयी है | सरकार ने पीएमकेवीवाई पहले और पीएमकेवीवाई दूसरे चरण के अनुभवों के आधार पर इस बार की योजना में काफी सुधार किया है | पीएमकेवीवाई के तीसरे चरण मे कोरोना महामारी के कारण बिगड़ी स्थिति को ध्यान मे रखा गया है |)
