Vijayanagar will become the 31st district of Karnataka

The Government of Karnataka has announced that Vijayanagar is going to be formed as a new district of the state. Vijayanagar will be the 31st district of the state. Which would be carved out of Ballari and named after the Vijayanagara Empire that ruled the region.

(कर्नाटक सरकार ने घोषणा की है कि विजयनगर को राज्य के एक नए जिले के रूप में घटित करने जा रहे है। विजयनगर राज्य का 31 वां जिला होगा। जिसे बल्लारी से अलग करके बनाया जाएगा और इसका नाम विजयनगर साम्राज्य के नाम पर रखा जाएगा जिसने इस क्षेत्र पर शासन किया था।)
