Prime Minister Modi will co-chair the India-ASEAN summit today
PM Modi along with his Vietnamese counterpart Nguyen Xuan Phuc will co-chair the 17th ASEAN-India Summit today. Leaders of all ten ASEAN member states will participate in this summit and this conference will be held online. All the countries will brainstorm on increasing strategic partnership with each other in the conference and during this time the progress made in key areas including connectivity, trade and commerce, education, maritime cooperation, education and capacity building will be discussed. Apart from this, topics related to Kovid-19 will also be discussed in the conference.
(PM मोदी अपने वियतनामी समकक्ष गुयेन जुआन फुक के साथ आज 17वें आसियान-भारत शिखर सम्मेलन (17th ASEAN-India Summit) की सह-अध्यक्षता करेंगे | सभी दस आसियान सदस्य राज्यों के नेता इस शिखर सम्मेलन में भाग लेंगे तथा यह सम्मेलन ऑनलाइन आयोजित किया जाएगा | सभी देश सम्मेलन में एक दूसरे के साथ रणनीतिक साझेदारी बढ़ाने को लेकर मंथन करेंगे तथा इस दौरान कनेक्टिविटी, व्यापार व वाणिज्य, शिक्षा, समुद्री सहयोग, शिक्षा और क्षमता निर्माण सहित प्रमुख क्षेत्रों में हुई प्रगति पर चर्चा की जाएगी | इसके अतिरिक्त सम्मेलन में कोविड-19 से संबंधित विषयों पर भी चर्चा होगी |)
