Indian Army and Maharashtra Police organize anti-terrorism exercise “Suraksha Kavach”
Recently, the Indian Army and Maharashtra Police organized an anti-terrorism exercise “Suraksha Kavach” in Lullanagar, Pune, Maharashtra. The objective was to coordinate the exercise and procedures of both the army and police to activate anti-terrorist Quick Reaction Teams-QRTs to counter any terrorist action in Pune.The exercise was attended by the Army’s Quick Response Teams, Dog Squad and Bomb Disposal Teams as well as the Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) and the Maharashtra Police’s Quick Response Team.
(हाल ही मे, भारतीय सेना और महाराष्ट्र पुलिस ने महाराष्ट्र के पुणे के लुल्लानगर में आतंकवाद विरोधी अभ्यास “सुरक्षा कवच” का आयोजन किया। इसका उद्देश्य पुणे में किसी भी आतंकवादी कार्रवाई का मुकाबला करने के लिए आतंकवाद विरोधी त्वरित प्रतिक्रिया टीमों (anti-terrorist Quick Reaction Teams-QRTs) को सक्रिय करने के लिए सेना और पुलिस दोनों की कवायद और प्रक्रियाओं में तालमेल बिठाना था। इस अभ्यास में सेना की त्वरित प्रतिक्रिया टीमों, डॉग स्क्वॉड और बम डिस्पोजल टीमों के साथ-साथ आतंकवाद-रोधी दस्ते (एटीएस) और महाराष्ट्र पुलिस की त्वरित प्रतिक्रिया टीम ने हिस्सा लिया था।)
