HRD मंत्रालय ने ऑनलाइन शिक्षा के लिए ‘Pragyata’ दिशा-निर्देश किए जारी
The ‘Pragyata’ guidelines on digital education have been issued by the Union Ministry of Human Resource Development. According to the guidelines, online classes for students prior to primary should not exceed 30 minutes. Also it further mentions that two online sessions from classes 1 to 8 and four sessions for classes 9 to 12 should be organized.
(केंद्रीय मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय द्वारा डिजिटल शिक्षा पर ‘प्रज्ञाता’(Pragyata) दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए गए है। दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार, प्राइमरी से पहले के छात्रों के लिए ऑनलाइन कक्षाएं 30 मिनट से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए। साथ ही इसमें आगे उल्लेख किया गया है कि कक्षा 1 से 8 तक के दो ऑनलाइन सत्र और कक्षा 9 से 12 के लिए चार सत्र आयोजित किए जाने चाहिए।)
PRAGYATA guidelines include eight stages of online / digital education- plan- review- arrangement- guidance- yak (talk) – assign- track- appreciation.
(PRAGYATA दिशानिर्देशों में ऑनलाइन / डिजिटल शिक्षा के आठ चरण- योजना- समीक्षा- व्यवस्था- मार्गदर्शन- याक (बात) – असाइन- ट्रैक- सराहना शामिल हैं।)
The guidelines also provide suggestions to school administrators, school heads, teachers, parents and students in the following areas:
- Need assessment
- When planning for online and digital education, class wise, screen time, inclusivity, balanced online and offline activities etc.
- Modes of intervention including resource duration, distribution by class, etc.
- Physical, mental health and well-being during digital education
- Cyber security and ethical practices, including precautions and measures to maintain cyber security
- Collaboration and involvement with various initiatives
The guidelines have been developed from the perspective of students, which due to the lockdown is currently focused on online / blended / digital education for students at home. These guidelines issued on digital / online education provide a detailed action plan or indication to advance online education to enhance the quality of education.
