Central government released relief package –  Top 10 Highlights

Nirmala Sitharaman : Rs 1.7 lakh crore relief package announced; cash to be transferred directly to poor

The central government has released the relief package, whose information is as follows –           केंद्र सरकार  ने राहत पैकेज जारी किया है जिसकी जानकारी इस प्रकार है   –

1. Announcement of one lakh 70 thousand crore economic package
    (एक लाख 70 हजार करोड़ के आर्थिक पैकेज का ऐलान)


2. 80 crore beneficiaries will be given 5 kg of free wheat or rice per person for the next three months and pulses of one kg per family.
(80 करोड़ लाभार्थियों को अगले तीन महीने तक 5 किलो प्रति व्यक्ति मुफ्त गेहूं या चावल दिया जाएगा और एक किलो प्रति परिवार दाल भी दिया जाएगा )


3. Poor widows, poor pensioners and disabled, and women holding Jan Dhan accounts, women beneficiaries of Ujjwala scheme, self-service
Assistance will be provided to women of the groups and workers of organized sector, construction workers.
(गरीब विधवा, गरीब पेंशनधारी और दिव्यांगों, और जनधन अकाउंट धारी महिलाओं, उज्ज्वला योजना की लाभार्थी महिलाएं, स्वंय सेवा 
समूहों की महिलाओं और संगठित क्षेत्र के कर्मचारियों, कंस्ट्रक्शन से जुड़े मजदूरों को मदद दी जाएगी)


4.  The wages of laborers working under MGNREGA in rural areas have been increased from Rs 182 to Rs 202.
(ग्रामीण इलाकों में मनरेगा के तहत मजदूरी करने वाले मजदूरों की दिहाड़ी 182 रुपये से बढ़ाकर 202 रुपये कर दी गई है)


5. In the next three months, an additional one thousand rupees will be given in two installments to the poor elderly, poor widow and poor disabled.
(अगले तीन महीनों में गरीब बुजुर्गों, गरीब विधवा और गरीब दिव्यांगों को दो किस्तों में अतिरिक्त एक हजार रुपये दिए जाएंगे)


6. For the next three months, 20 crore Jan Dhan account holders women will get Rs 500 per month.
  (अगले तीन महीनों तक 20 करोड़ जनधन खाताधारक महिलाओं को 500 रुपये प्रति महीने मिलेंगे)


7. Poor women linked under Ujjwala scheme will be given free cylinders for three months
    (उज्ज्वला योजना के तहत जुड़ी गरीब महिलाओं तीन महीने तक मुफ्त सिलेंडर दिया जाएगा)


8. For fiscal year 18-19, the date of income tax return was extended to 30 June..let payment was increased from 12% to 9%.
(वित्तीय वर्ष 18-19 के लिए इनकम टैक्स रिटर्न की तारीख को 30 जून तक बढ़ाया गया..लेट भुगतान 12 फीसदी से 9 फीसदी किया गया)


9. For companies with a turnover of up to 5 crores, there will be no penalty for delay in filing GST returns.
(5 करोड़ तक टर्नओवर वाली कंपनियों के लिए जीएसटी रिटर्न फाइल करने में देरी पर फिलहाल जुर्माना नहीं लगेगा)


10. Government will give health insurance cover of Rs 50 lakhs for 3 months to health workers fighting with coronavirus
(सरकार कोरोनावायरस से लड़ रहे हेल्थ वर्कर्स को 3 महीने के लिए 50 लाख रुपए का स्वास्थ्य बीमा कवर देगी)
