Smriti Mandhana:- ICC has chosen the best women’s cricketer for the year 2021 in all three formats. He has won this title for the second time.
Best Women’s Cricketer 2021: Recently, Indian women’s cricket team opener Smriti Mandhana has been chosen as the ICC Women’s Cricketer of the Year 2021. Smriti Mandhana has been adjudged the best female cricketer of the year for the second time. Earlier it was found in the year 2018.
Earlier in the year 2018, Smriti Mandhana had also won the award for Best Female Cricketer and Best Female ODI Cricketer. She is the first Indian female player to win this award twice. Before him, Jhulan Goswami won this award in the year 2007.

Smriti Mandhana is the second woman cricketer to win this award twice. Apart from her, Australia’s all-rounder Ellyse Perry has got the distinction of being the best female cricketer twice (year 2017 and 2019). The ICC Women’s Cricketer of the Year Award was started in the year 2006.
Career of Smriti Mandhana:-
In the year 2021, Smriti Mandhana scored 855 runs in 22 international matches at an average of 38.86. While scored 255 runs in 9 T20 Internationals at an average of 31.87 and two half-centuries. When Mandhana won the Best Female Cricketer Award in the year 2018, she scored the most runs in ODIs.
Smriti Mandhana has played four Tests, 62 ODIs and 84 T20 matches for India. He has scored 325 runs in Test matches at an average of 46.42. This includes one century and five fifties. While 2377 runs have been scored in ODIs at an average of 41.70. In this, his name includes four centuries and 19 fifties. He has scored 1971 runs in T20 at an average of 2593.
