In the second phase of the Swachh Bharat Mission, scientific management of waste from cities will be done within the next five years. With this, there will be no problem of becoming a mountain of garbage outside the metros and cities.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has launched Swachh Bharat Mission-Urban 2.0 and AMRUT 2.0 on 01 October 2021 at 11 am. Which will be started from October 01 in a program organized at Dr Ambedkar International Center in New Delhi.
Under the second phase of the Swachh Bharat Mission, it will move towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals set for the year 2030. This plan is mainly related to Triple R. Including reduce, reuse and recycle. By resolving the waste on a scientific basis, success can be achieved in achieving this goal.
In the second phase of the Swachh Bharat Mission, scientific management of waste from cities will be done within the next five years. With this, there will be no problem of becoming a mountain of garbage outside the metros and cities.
Similarly, in the second phase of Amrit, every house in all the cities will be connected to the tap. Apart from this, sewage water will be made clean and reusable. Under this mission, the supply of clean water to about 4700 local bodies will also be started.
प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने 01 अक्टूबर 2021 को सुबह 11 बजे स्वच्छ भारत मिशन-शहरी 2.0 और अमृत 2.0 का शुभारंभ किया है| जिसकी शुरुआज 01 अक्टूबर से नई दिल्ली स्थित डॉक्टर अंबेडेकर इंटरनेशनल सेंटर में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में की जाएगी|
स्वच्छ भारत मिशन के दूसरे चरण के तहत वर्ष 2030 के तय सतत विकास लक्ष्यों को पाने की तरफ आगे बढ़ा जाएगा| ये योजना मुख्य तौर पर ट्रिपल आर से जुड़ी है| जिसमें रिड्यूज, रीयूज और रीसाइकिल शामिल है| वैज्ञानिक आधार पर कचरे का समाधान कर इस लक्ष्य को पाने में सफलता हासिल हो सकती है|
स्वच्छ भारत मिशन के दूसरे चरण में अगले पांच वर्षों के भीतर शहरों से निकलने वाले कचरे का वैज्ञानिक प्रबंधन किया जाएगा| इससे महानगरों और शहरों के बाहर कूड़े के पहाड़ बनने की नौबत नहीं आएगी|
इसी तरह अमृत के दूसरे चरण में सभी शहरों के हर घर को नल से जोड़ा जाएगा| इसके अतिरिक्त सीवेज के पानी को साफ कर दोबारा उपयोग करने लायक बनाया जाएगा| इस मिशन के तहत करीब 4700 लोकल बॉडीज को स्वच्छ पानी की आपूर्ति की भी शुरुआत हो जाएगी|
