India and Russia are conducting a 13-day mega military exercise together from August 1 to monitor counter-terrorist operations in Volgograd and to prepare for the overwhelming response against international terrorist groups.
India and Russia joint military exercise: The 12th edition of the joint military exercise ‘Indra-2021’ is being organized between the armies of the two countries in August this month to strengthen the political as well as military ties between India and Russia.
The exercise is being held at the Prudboi exercise range in the Volgograd region of southern Russia. There will also be academic discussions between expert groups of both parties in the conduct of this exercise. 12th edition of ‘Indra’ exercise: Indian Army said that the 12th edition of Indo-Russian joint military exercise Indra-21 is being held in Volgograd, Russia from August 1 to 13. This will be another ‘milestone’ in strengthening bilateral security cooperation and will serve to strengthen the bonds of a long-standing friendship between India and Russia.
The army had said in a statement ahead of the India and Russia exercise that “Exercise Indra-21 will further strengthen mutual trust and interoperability between the Indian and Russian armies and enable sharing of best practices between the troops of the two countries.” The Indian Army said that the Indian Army contingent participating in the exercise includes a Mechanized Infantry Battalion.
भारत और रूस राजनीतिक के साथ-साथ दोनों देशों के बीच सैन्य रिश्ते मजबूत करने के लिए इस महीने अगस्त में दोनों देशों की सेना के बीच संयुक्त सैन्य अभ्यास ‘इंद्र-2021’ का 12वां संस्करण आयोजित किया जा रहा है|
ये अभ्यास दक्षिणी रूस के वोल्गोग्राड क्षेत्र में प्रुडबोई अभ्यास रेंज में आयोजित हो रहा है| इस अभ्यास के संचालन में दोनों दलों के विशेषज्ञ समूहों के बीच अकादमिक चर्चा भी होगी| वोल्गोग्राड में आतंकवाद रोधी अभियानों पर नजर जमाने एवं अंतरराष्ट्रीय आतंकी समूहों के खिलाफ जबरदस्त तैयारी के लिए भारत और रूस एक साथ 1 अगस्त से 13 दिवसीय मेगा सैन्य अभ्यास किया जा रहा है|
‘इंद्र’ अभ्यास का 12 वां संस्करण: भारतीय सेना ने कहा की भारत-रूस संयुक्त सैन्य अभ्यास इंद्र-21 का 12वां संस्करण 1 से 13 अगस्त तक रूस के वोल्गोग्राड में आयोजित हो रहा है| जो द्विपक्षीय सुरक्षा सहयोग को मजबूत करने में एक और ‘मील का पत्थर’ होगा और भारत और रूस के बीच लंबे समय से दोस्ती के बंधन को मजबूत करने का कार्य करेगा|
सेना ने भारत और रूस के अभ्यास से पहले एक बयान में कहा था कि ‘व्यायाम इंद्र -21 भारतीय और रूसी सेनाओं के बीच आपसी विश्वास और अंतर को और मजबूत करेगा और दोनों देशों की टुकड़ियों के बीच सर्वोत्तम प्रथाओं को साझा करने में सक्षम होगा| भारतीय सेना ने बताया कि अभ्यास में भाग लेने वाली भारतीय सेना की टुकड़ी में एक मैकेनाइज्ड इन्फैंट्री बटालियन शामिल है|
