How To Apply Bank of India SO Recruitment 2025
[A] Application Procedure: Candidates must visit the Bank’s website www.bankofindia.co.in, click on ‘Careers’, and then click on the link “Recruitment of Officers in Various Streams up to Scale IV – Notice of Project No. 2024-25/05 dated 01.10.2025.” This will open a new window. Click “Apply Online” in this window.
(i) Clicking on the “Apply Online” option will open a new screen.
(ii) To register an application, select the “Click here for New Registration” tab and enter your name, contact details, and email address. A provisional registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. The candidate should note down the provisional registration number and password. An email and SMS will also be sent indicating the provisional registration number and password.
(iii) If the candidate is unable to complete the application form in one go, he or she can save the data already entered by selecting the “Save and Next” tab. Before submitting the online application, candidates are advised to use the “Save and Next” facility to verify the details provided in the online application form and modify them as required. Visually impaired candidates should fill in the application form carefully and confirm/verify the details before final submission to ensure they are correct.
(iv) Candidates are advised to carefully fill in and verify the details entered in the online application themselves as no changes will be possible/acceptable after clicking the “Complete Registration” button
(v) The name of the candidate or his/her father/husband, etc., must be written in the application exactly as it appears in the certificates/mark sheets/identity proof. Any change/modification may disqualify the candidate.
(vi) Verify your details and save your application by clicking the “Verify Your Details” and “Save & Next” buttons.
(vii) Candidates can upload their photograph and signature as per the specifications given in the Guidelines for Document Scanning and Upload under point “C”.
(viii) Candidates can proceed to fill in other details of the application form.
(ix) Click on the “Preview” tab to preview and verify the entire application form before completing the registration.
(x) Modify details, if required, and click on “Complete Registration” only after verifying and ensuring that the uploaded photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration and other details you have filled in are correct.

(1) Candidates must compulsorily produce the required documents, such as a valid call letter, a photocopy of a photo identity proof bearing the same name as in the online application form, etc., at the time of the examination and interview.
(2) Before applying for the mentioned posts, candidates must ensure that they fulfil the eligibility and other criteria mentioned in this advertisement. (3) A candidate’s admission to the examination/selection for interview and/or the subsequent process is purely provisional. The mere fact that a candidate has been issued a call letter does not imply that their candidature has been finally cleared by the Bank. If at any stage it is found that a candidate does not fulfil the eligibility criteria and/or has submitted any incorrect/false information/certificates/documents or has suppressed any material facts, the Bank shall be free to reject any application at any stage of the process, cancelling the candidature of the candidate.
If the candidature of any candidate is rejected for any reason as per the terms and conditions of this advertisement, no further representation in this regard will be entertained. If any of these deficiencies are detected after appointment, his/her services are liable to be terminated immediately.
(4) The Bank’s decision in all matters relating to the selection process will be final and binding on the candidate. No correspondence or personal enquiry will be entertained by the Bank in this regard.

(6) The scribe appointed by the candidate must not be a candidate for the examination. If any violation of the above is detected at any stage of the process, the candidature of both the candidate and the scribe will be cancelled.

The above concession will not be available to SC/ST/PWD category candidates who are already employed in Central/State Government, Corporations, Public Sector Undertakings/Local Governments, Institutions
(16) Candidates will have to appear for the interview at their own expense.
