भारत में लागू हुआ उपभोक्ता संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2019 Consumer Protection Act, 2019: The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 has come into force in India from 20 July 2020. In this, the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 has been changed. The act has been introduced primarily to provide protection to buyers not only from traditional vendors but also from new e-commerce retailers / forums. This new Act will empower consumers and help protect their rights through its various notified rules and provisions.
