रेलवे स्वतंत्रता दिवस के अवसर पर चला रहा स्वच्छता सप्ताह अभियान
Recently Indian Railways has been celebrating “Cleanliness Week” since 10 August to commemorate Independence Day. A special cleanliness campaign will be carried out during “Swachhata Week”, which will focus on cleaning tracks, station offices, colonies, work sites, sidewalks and other areas near the railway premises. In this cleanliness campaign, special attention will be paid to the collection of plastic waste along with other waste.
(हाल ही में भारतीय रेलवे स्वतंत्रता दिवस के उपलक्ष्य में 10 अगस्त से “स्वच्छता सप्ताह” मना रहा है। “स्वच्छता सप्ताह” के दौरान एक विशेष सफाई अभियान चलाया जाएगा, जिसमे रेलवे परिसर के पास पटरियों, स्टेशन कार्यालयों, कॉलोनियों, कार्य स्थलों, स्टेशनों के किनारे और अन्य क्षेत्रों की सफाई पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया जाएगा। इस स्वच्छता अभियान में अन्य कचरे के साथ-साथ प्लास्टिक कचरे के संग्रह पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाएगा।)
In addition, the Ministry of Railways announced to focus on stations, trains, water vending points, toilets as well as intensive cleaning of drains. Also, the railway personnel will urge the railwaymen and the general public to keep the trains, stations and tracks clean.
