ICICI Home Finance Company Limited (HFC) has launched a special affordable home loan scheme called “SARAL” for urban and rural areas. The scheme will benefit women, low, middle income customers and economically weaker sections, whose maximum income is 6 lakh rupees per year.

What is SARAL Scheme?
It is mandatory for this loan to be owned by a woman between Rs 3 lakh and Rs 6 lakh in rural areas of the country. The maximum loan limit is Rs 35 lakh. The loan interest rate will start from 7.98%. The maximum loan term is 20 years. Customers with pre-existing credit can also transfer their loan.
(इस ऋण के लिए देश के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में 3 लाख रुपये से 6 लाख रुपये तक की महिला का स्वामित्व होना अनिवार्य है। ऋण की अधिकतम सीमा 35 लाख रुपये है। ऋण की ब्याज दर 7.98% से शुरू होगी। ऋण की अधिकतम अवधि 20 वर्ष है। पहले से मौजूद ऋण वाले ग्राहक भी अपना ऋण हस्तांतरित कर सकते हैं।)
