Higher levels of ranking are due to regulatory reforms, enhanced market data, and sustainability initiatives, Jones Lang LaSalle, Global Real Estate Transparency Index, India's ranking in GRETI, 2020 GRETI
Recently, Jones Lang LaSalle-JLL has released its Global Real Estate Transparency Index -GRETI. GRETI is a unique benchmark of real estate market transparency and an essential guide for companies operating in foreign markets. It covers 163 cities including 99 countries and regions.
(हाल ही में जोन्स लैंग लासेल (Jones Lang LaSalle-JLL) द्वारा अपना द्विवार्षिक ग्लोबल रियल एस्टेट ट्रांसपेरेंसी इंडेक्स (Global Real Estate Transparency Index -GRETI) जारी किया गया है। GRETI अचल संपत्ति बाजार पारदर्शिता का एक अनूठा बेंचमार्क है और विदेशी बाजारों में काम करने वाली कंपनियों के लिए एक जरुरी मार्गदर्शिका है। इसमें 99 देशों और क्षेत्रों सहित 163 शहरों को कवर किया है।)

The Global Real Estate Transparency Index (GRETI) is based on 210 indicators including additional data on sustainability and resilience, health and wellness, PropTech and alternatives. All are divided into six regions with some percentage, which are as follows:
  • Performance Measurement 25%
  • Market Fundamentals 16.5%
  • Governance of Listed Vehicles 10%
  • Regulatory and Legal 23.5%
  • Transaction Process 15%
  • Sustainability 10%
