The world’s third-largest cricket stadium will be built in Jaipur, popularly known as Pinky City. This stadium will have a seating capacity of 75,000 people.
Recently, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has released a financial grant of Rs 100 crore to the Rajasthan Cricket Association (RCA), stating that it will be used to build India’s second-largest cricket stadium.
The Jaipur Development Authority has allotted land to the Rajasthan Cricket Association for this huge stadium. This stadium will be built on Delhi Road in Chop village. After its construction, the record for the world’s first and third largest cricket stadium will be made in India.
An amount of Rs 290 crore is estimated to be spent on the construction of India’s second-largest cricket stadium. this amount; Rs 100 crore from the bank loan, Rs 100 crore from BCCI grant, Rs 90 crore from sale of RCS fund, boxes, seats, and sponsorship. This proposed stadium will have a capacity of 75,000 spectators.
