Kings XI Punjab becomes Punjab Kings before IPL auction
The IPL franchise, Kings XI Punjab, has been formally renamed Punjab Kings before the Indian Premier League auction. The new brand name and logo of this team have been officially released by the management.
The Punjab-based IPL franchise ‘Punjab Kings’ is owned by Bollywood actress Preity Zinta as well as businessmen Ness Wadia, Mohit Burman, and Karna Paul. The team is currently headed by KL Rahul, along with former Indian captain Anil Kumble as its head coach.
हाल ही में इंडियन प्रीमियर लीग की नीलामी से पहले आईपीएल फ्रेंचाइज, किंग्स इलेवन पंजाब (Kings XI Punjab) का नाम औपचारिक रूप से पंजाब किंग्स (Punjab Kings) कर दिया गया है. इस टीम का नया ब्रांड नाम और लोगो आधिकारिक तौर पर प्रबंधन द्वारा जारी कर दिया गया है।
पंजाब आधारित IPL फ्रेंचाइजी ‘पंजाब किंग्स’ का मालिकाना हक बॉलीवुड अभिनेत्री प्रीति जिंटा के साथ-साथ बिजनेसमैन नेस वाडिया, मोहित बर्मन और कर्ण पॉल के पास है। वर्तमान में इस टीम का नेतृत्व केएल राहुल कर रहे हैं, साथ ही पूर्व भारतीय कप्तान अनिल कुंबले इसके मुख्य कोच हैं।
