On the occasion of completion of 2 years of Karnataka government, BS Yediyurappa said that he has decided to resign.
Amidst the political turmoil in Karnataka for some time, BS Yediyurappa has announced to resign from the post of Chief Minister on the occasion of completion of 2 years of the Karnataka government. He will meet the Governor after lunch.
Yeddyurappa got emotional while announcing his resignation. Yediyurappa will meet Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot after lunch and submit his resignation. Yeddyurappa’s resignation was being discussed in Karnataka for a long time.
For a long time, many speculations were being made about the politics of Karnataka. Recently B.S. Yediyurappa came to New Delhi and met Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP President JP Nadda. Then it was being said that now Yeddyurappa can leave his post.
Yediyurappa resigned from the BJP on 31 July 2011 and formed his own party named Karnataka Janata Paksha on 30 November 2012. But in the year 2014, Yediyurappa again joined the BJP. After this, during the political drama in Karnataka in 2018, he became the Chief Minister for the first two and a half days. Then again in the year 2019, after proving the majority, he became the Chief Minister.

(येदियुरप्पा ने 31 जुलाई 2011 को भाजपा से इस्तीफा दे कर 30 नवंबर 2012 को कर्नाटक जनता पक्ष नाम से अपनी पार्टी बनाई थी| लेकिन साल 2014 में येदियुरप्पा फिर भाजपा में शामिल हो गए थे| इसके बाद 2018 में कर्नाटक में सियासी नाटक के दौरान पहले ढाई दिन के लिए मुख्यमंत्री बने| फिर दोबारा साल 2019 में बहुमत साबित कर मुख्यमंत्री बने थे|)
