Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha, today initiated the project “Awaam Ki Baat” – a Radio program by launching its website here at Raj Bhavan.
Recently, the Lieutenant Governor of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha has launched a radio program “Awaam Ki Baat” while launching his website at Raj Bhavan in Jammu. Its theme: – “You speak, we will listen”.
Suggestions will be taken from citizens on toll-free numbers. Toll-free numbers are kept for Jammu 18005722327 and for Kashmir 18005722328. Its website is awaamkibaat.jk.gov.in.
Aavam Ki Baat radio program will start in April. Which will be a half-hour radio program on every third Sunday of the month, in several sequential stages of a comprehensive program.
Aavam Ki Baat radio program aims to broadcast the progressive steps taken by the government and provide a platform for the public to speak, write and interact with the administration, to voice their suggestions, ideas, and constructive proposals.
