MP government to set up “cow cabinet” for protection of cows

Recently, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan has decided to constitute a “cow cabinet” for the conservation and promotion of cows in the state. Animal Husbandry, Forest, Panchayat and Rural Development, Revenue, Home and Farmers Welfare Departments will be included in this cabinet. The first meeting of which will be held on ‘Gopashtami’ on November 22 at 12 noon in a cow sanctuary called Kamadhenu Gau Sanctuary in Agar-Malwa district. It is the first cow sanctuary in India established by the BJP in September 2017 by the Madhya Pradesh government.
(हाल ही मे, मध्य प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने राज्य में गायों के संरक्षण और संवर्धन के लिए “गौ कैबिनेट” का गठन करने का निर्णय लिया है। इस मंत्रिमंडल में पशुपालन, वन, पंचायत और ग्रामीण विकास, राजस्व, गृह और किसान कल्याण विभाग शामिल किए जाएंगे। जिसकी पहली बैठक ‘गोपाष्टमी’ पर 22 नवंबर को 12 बजे अगर-मालवा जिले के कामधेनु गौ अभयारण्य नामक गाय अभयारण्य में आयोजित होगी। यह भारत का पहला गाय अभयारण्य है जिसे भाजपा ने मध्य प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा सितंबर 2017 में स्थापित किया था।)
