NPCI ने लॉन्च की AI वर्चुअल आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस असिस्टेंट चैटबॉट “PAi”

“PAi”, a chatbot based on Artificial Intelligence (AI), has been launched by the National Payment Corporation of India-NPCI. This PAi chatbot has been launched on a real-time basis to raise awareness about NPCI products such as FASTag, RuPay, UPI, AePS, leading to improved digital transactions in India. The chatboat “PAi” has been developed by Bangalore-based startup CoRover Private Limited.
(भारतीय राष्ट्रीय भुगतान निगम (National Payment Corporation of India-NPCI) द्वारा आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस (AI) पर आधारित एक चैटबॉट “PAi” लॉन्च किया है। इस PAi चैटबॉट को वास्तविक समय के आधार पर NPCI के उत्पादों जैसे FASTag, RuPay, UPI, AePS के बारे में जागरूकता बढ़ाने के लिए शुरू किया है, जिससे भारत में डिजिटल लेन देन में सुधार आया है। चैटबोट “PAi” को बेंगलुरु स्थित स्टार्टअप CoRover प्राइवेट लिमिटेड ने विकसित किया गया है।)
AI Virtual Assistant will provide accurate information of all NPCI products on “PAi” and will make it available 24 hours a day to solve customer queries in English or Hindi through messages or voice on NPCI, RuPay and UPI Chala’s websites. Additionally, the facility will also be available to global RuPay card holders. The main objective of this chatbox is to provide reliable automated responses to customer queries on all products of PAi, NPCI.
(AI वर्चुअल असिस्टेंट “PAi” पर NPCI के सभी उत्पादों की सटीक जानकारी उपलब्ध कराएगा और जो NPCI, RuPay और यूपीआई चलेगा की वेबसाइटों पर मेसेज या वोइस के जरिए अंग्रेजी या हिंदी में ग्राहकों के प्रश्नों को हल करने के लिए चौबीस घंटे उपलब्ध करा देगा। साथ ही, यह सुविधा वैश्विक RuPay कार्डधारकों के लिए भी उपलब्ध होगी। इस चैटबॉक्स का मुख्य उद्देश्य PAi, एनपीसीआई के सभी उत्पादों पर ग्राहक के प्रश्नों के लिए विश्वनीय स्वचालित प्रतिक्रिया प्रदान करना है।)
