Unanimously passed the proposal of ‘Sarna Adivasi Dharma Code’ in Jharkhand Legislative Assembly
Recently, a one-day special session was convened in the Jharkhand Vidhan Sabha on 11 November 2020, in which the proposal of ‘Sarna Adivasi Dharma Code’ was passed unanimously. Now the state government will send it to the center for consideration. With this, a separate column of Sarna Adivasi Religion Code will be included in the census of 2021. The proposal of Sarna Adivasi Dharma Code was unanimously passed in the special session of the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly with some amendments from the opposition. Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren said in the special session of the assembly that the Sarna Dharma Code is important for the tribals. This will bring many benefits to the tribals of Jharkhand.
(हाल ही मे, झारखंड विधानसभा मे 11 नवंबर 2020 एक दिवसीय विशेष सत्र बुलाया गया, जिसमे ‘सरना आदिवासी धर्म कोड’ का प्रस्ताव सर्वसम्मति से पारित हो गया | इसे अब राज्य सरकार केन्द्र के पास विचार के लिए भेजेगी | इससे साल 2021 की जनगणना में सरना आदिवासी धर्म कोड का अलग से कॉलम शामिल किया जायेगा | झारखंड विधानसभा के विशेष सत्र में विपक्ष के कुछ संशोधनों के साथ सरना आदिवासी धर्म कोड का प्रस्ताव सर्वसम्मति से पारित हो गया | झारखंड के मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन ने विधानसभा के विशेष सत्र में कहा कि सरना धर्म कोड आदिवासियों के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है इससे झारखंड के आदिवासियों को कई लाभ मिलेंगे |)
