Saudi Arabia suspended airline from 20 countries including India
Recently, Saudi Arabia temporarily banned the arrival of people from 20 countries, including India, to prevent infection of COVID-19. This order has been implemented from 03 February 2021.
Saudi Arabia has banned airlines from 20 countries to control the coronavirus. However, this travel ban has exempted diplomats, Saudi citizens, doctors and their families.
The countries from which Saudi Arabia has banned people coming from UAE, Germany, USA, UK, South Africa, France, Egypt, Lebanon, Argentina, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Brazil, Portugal, Turkey, Sweden, Pakistan, Switzerland, Japan and India are also included.
- So far, 368,639 cases of coronavirus have been reported in Saudi Arabia.
- Out of total cases, 6,383 patients have died while 360,110 patients have also been cured.
- The Government of Saudi Arabia issued a statement on 02 February 2021 and decided to ban the entry of travellers from 20 countries into the country.
- This decision of the Saudi Arabian government was taken due to the ever-increasing cases of coronavirus and a new strain of coronavirus in England.

- सऊदी अरब सरकार का ये फैसला कोरोना वायरस के लगातार बढ़ते मामलों और इंग्लैंड में कोरोना वायरस का नये स्ट्रेन आने की वजह से लिया गया |
