Scheme: Recently, the Life Insurance Corporation of India has launched a new non-linked, non-participating, individual savings life insurance scheme called Dhan Rekha. This plan offers special premium rates for female life.

Features of this plan-
- Under this scheme, the minimum sum assured is Rs 2 lakh, with no upper restriction on the maximum sum assured.
- The minimum entry age varies from 3 months to 8 years, depending on the policy term. Whereas the maximum age at the entrance can be from 35 to 55 years.
- This plan can be purchased both offline and online through agents/intermediaries like POSPLI/Common Public Service Centers (CPSC-SPV) and the website www.licindia.in.
- The scheme also includes a loan facility to meet the requirements. Optional riders are available under this plan for an additional cost, however, LIC said there will be some restrictions.

योजना: हाल ही में, भारतीय जीवन बीमा निगम ने धन रेखा (Dhan Rekha) नामक एक नई गैर-लिंक्ड, गैर-भाग लेने वाली, व्यक्तिगत बचत जीवन बीमा योजना की शुरूआत की है| यह योजना महिला जीवन के लिए विशेष प्रीमियम दरों की पेशकश करती है|

इस योजना की विशेषताएं-
- इस योजना के तहत, न्यूनतम सम एश्योर्ड 2 लाख रुपये है, जिसमें अधिकतम सम एश्योर्ड पर कोई ऊपरी प्रतिबंध नहीं है|
- इसमें पॉलिसी अवधि के आधार पर, प्रवेश करने की न्यूनतम आयु 3 मंथ से लेकर 8 वर्ष तक होती है| जबकि प्रवेश द्वार पर अधिकतम आयु 35 से 55 वर्ष तक हो सकती है|
- इस प्लान को POSPLI/कॉमन पब्लिक सर्विस सेंटर्स (CPSC-SPV) और वेबसाइट www.licindia.in जैसे एजेंटों/मध्यस्थों के माध्यम से ऑफलाइन और ऑनलाइन दोनों तरह से खरीदा जा सकगा|
- इस योजना में आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करने के लिए ऋण सुविधा भी शामिल है| इस योजना के तहत एक अतिरिक्त कीमत के लिए वैकल्पिक राइडर्स उपलब्ध हैं, हालांकि, एलआईसी ने कहा कि कुछ प्रतिबंध होंगे|
