K N Tripathi, a former minister for Jharkhand, had his nomination for the top position in the Congress denied on Saturday.

Mallikarjun Kharge, a former leader of the opposition, and Shashi Tharoor, a congressman, will face off in the final round.

Madhusudan Mistry, chairman of the AICC Central Election Authority, stated during a media conference there at Congress headquarters that a total of 20 nomination forms were submitted during the nomination process, and four of them were rejected. 

Shashi Tharoor filed five forms, Tripathi one, and Mallikarjun Kharge fourteen. 

According to Mistry, Tripathi’s form was denied because one of his proposers’ signatures did not match another’s, and then another proposer’s sign was duplicated.

Senior Congress politician & MP Shashi Tharoor claimed in an interview with media outlet ANI that common people advised him to run for office, that he wanted the party to grow, and that he also wanted to become a “voice of change” inside the party. 

The Thiruvananthapuram-based Congress MP added, “I’m suggesting that if you’re content with the work the party is doing, vote for Khargesahab.

I’m here if you want to change. The Congress leader Shashi Tharoor, who faced criticism on social media for publishing his policy platform (for the contest) with an India map that omits parts of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, apologized for the incident and claimed: “no one did such things on purpose.” However, there is no ideological problem.

After more than 25 years, the grand old party is prepared to elect a leader who is not Gandhi. On October 17, voting will be conducted, and on October 19, the results will be made public.

Another incident while Great Indian Festival 

The Apple Watch that Arpit Mehrotra purchased from Amazon, he claims, was replaced with a Noise wristwatch.

“We have placed an order for an Apple Watch at the Great Indian Festival. Our purchase was out for delivery on September 23 and first had a delay, then it was delivered today.

However, to our astonishment, it turned out to be a #Noisewatch instead of an Apple Watch, he says in a LinkedIn post.

How to avoid these tragedies?

Online shoppers are urged to choose open-box delivery to guarantee that they only receive the items they requested in order to prevent similar tragedies.

UP Assembly Election 2022: Aparna Yadav, daughter-in-law of SP Patron Mulayam Singh Yadav, has joined the BJP in the ongoing political upheaval ahead of the UP assembly elections. Aparna joined the party in the presence of UP BJP President Swatantra Dev Singh at the BJP headquarters in Delhi. Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya was also present on the occasion.

Aparna Yadav, the daughter-in-law of SP Patron Mulayam Singh Yadav, joined BJP. Aparna is the wife of Prateek Yadav, the younger brother of SP chief Akhilesh Yadav. He contested from Lucknow Cantt seat in 2017 on SP ticket. In which he had to face defeat from Rita Bahuguna Joshi of BJP.

पंजाब विधानसभा चुनाव 2022: पंजाब विधानसभा चुनाव 2022 में आम आदमी पार्टी ने 48 वर्ष के सांसद भगवंत मान को सीएम चेहरा घोषित किया है| आम आदमी पार्टी के संयोजक अरविंद केजरीवाल ने मोहाली में इसका एलान करते हुये कहा कि 22 लाख लोगों ने मान के पक्ष में वोट किया है|

Punjab Assembly Election 2022: Aam Aadmi Party has declared 48-year-old MP Bhagwant Mann as the CM face in the Punjab Assembly Election 2022. Announcing this in Mohali, Aam Aadmi Party convenor Arvind Kejriwal said that 22 lakh people have voted in favour of Mann.

Assembly Election date: The Election Commission will announce the dates for the assembly elections to be held in 5 states on January 08 (Saturday) at 3.30 pm. For which press conference will be held.
