UNESCO granted ‘Biosphere Reserve’ status to Panna Tiger Reserve of India
Recently, Panna Tiger Reserve of Madhya Pradesh has been included in UNESCO’s “World Network of Biosphere Reserves” list. It is the 12th in India and the third biosphere reserve (bio-reserve area) after Pachmarhi and Amarkantak in Madhya Pradesh, which is ranked in the ‘World Network of Biosphere Reserves’. Currently, Panna Tiger Reserve has 54 tigers. UNESCO World Network of Biosphere Reserves (WNBR) covers internationally designated protected areas Which creates a balanced relationship between people and nature.
(हाल ही मे, मध्य प्रदेश के पन्ना टाइगर रिजर्व को यूनेस्को की “वर्ल्ड नेटवर्क ऑफ बायोस्फीयर रिजर्व्स” सूची में शामिल किया गया है। यह भारत का 12 वां और और मध्य प्रदेश का पचमढ़ी और अमरकंटक के बाद तीसरा बायोस्फीयर रिजर्व (जैव आरक्षित क्षेत्र) है, जिसे ‘वर्ल्ड नेटवर्क ऑफ बायोस्फीयर रिजर्व्स’ में स्थान मिला है। वर्तमान में, पन्ना टाइगर रिजर्व मे 54 बाघ है। यूनेस्को विश्व नेटवर्क ऑफ बायोस्फीयर रिजर्व्स (WNBR) अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर नामित संरक्षित क्षेत्रों को कवर करता है जो लोगों और प्रकृति के बीच एक संतुलित संबंध बनाता है|)
