Ministry of Culture announces 7 new circles of ASI

Recently, Union Minister of State for Culture and Tourism (Independent Charge) Prahlad Singh Patel has announced 7 new circles of the Archaeological Survey of India. These new circles have been formed in Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, West Bengal and Gujarat. With 7 new circles, the minister also announced the conversion of Hampi mini circle into full circle in Karnataka.
