केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल ने “मिशन कर्मयोगी” NPCSCB कार्यक्रम को दी मंजूरी
Recently the Union Cabinet has approved the launch of “Mission Karmayogi” – National Civil Service Capacity Development Program (NPCSCB). 510.86 crores are to be spent during this 5-year period from 2020-2021 to 2024-25 to cover about 46 lakh central employees under this program.

The National Civil Service Capacity Development Program (NPCSCB) will be launched with the following institutional framework:
- Public Human Resource (HR) Council of the Prime Minister.
- Capacity Development Commission.
- Special Purpose Vehicle for the ownership and operation of digital assets and a technological platform for online training.
- Coordination Unit headed by the Cabinet Secretary.
This will lay the foundation for capacity building for civil servants. The program will be implemented by establishing integrated government online training- “iGOTKarmayogiPlatform”. The Karmayogi platform will be integrated with service efficiency or competency structure, in addition to a comprehensive and state-of-the-art structure to enhance the capabilities of more than 20 million personnel in India.
