IOCL Launches India’s First World Class Premium Grade Petrol Octane 100

IndianOil’s new XP100 is rated at 100 RON and is priced at Rs. 160 per litre in Delhi

Recently Union Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas and Steel, Dharmendra Pradhan launched India’s first indigenously produced world-class premium-grade petrol ‘100 Octane premium petrol’ through video conferencing. Octane will provide high quality and power to the petrol engine. This premium grade petrol will be made available as the brand ‘XP-100’. It is manufactured by the Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) at the Mathura Refinery in Uttar Pradesh.
(हाल ही में केंद्रीय पेट्रोलियम और प्राकृतिक गैस और इस्पात मंत्री, धर्मेंद्र प्रधान ने वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से भारत का पहला स्वदेशी रूप से तैयार किए गए विश्व स्तरीय प्रीमियम-ग्रेड पेट्रोल ‘100 Octane premium petrol’ का शुभारंभ किया। ऑक्टेन पेट्रोल इंजन को उच्च गुणवत्ता और शक्ति प्रदान करेगा। ब्रांड ‘XP-100’ के रूप में इस प्रीमियम ग्रेड पेट्रोल को उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा। इसे इंडियन ऑयल कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड (IOCL) द्वारा उत्तर प्रदेश की मथुरा रिफाइनरी में तैयार किया गया है।)

“XP-100” availability:
  • The XP-100 will be made available in a phased manner across the country and in the first phase it will be made available in 10 cities. The cities are Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Agra, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Mumbai, Pune and Ahmedabad.
  • With this launch, India has now joined select countries globally which have such superior quality fuel. So far, this quality fuel is available in only six countries, including the US, Germany, Greece, Indonesia, Malaysia and Israel.
