| Sanjeev Kumar appointed as the new chairman of the Airports Authority of India |
Recently IAS Sanjeev Kumar has been appointed as the Chairman of the Airports Authority of India-AAI under the Ministry of Civil Aviation. Sanjeev Kumar is a 1993 batch IAS officer of Maharashtra cadre. His appointment has been approved by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet -ACC.
Sanjeev Kumar will replace Arvind Singh. Who is the former chairman of the Airports Authority of India.
The headquarters of the Airports Authority of India is located in New Delhi and was established on 1 April 1995.

हाल ही में IAS संजीव कुमार को नागरिक उड्डयन मंत्रालय (Ministry of Civil Aviation) के तहत भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण (Airports Authority of India-AAI) के अध्यक्ष के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया है। संजीव कुमार 1993 बैच के महाराष्ट्र कैडर के आईएएस अधिकारी हैं. मंत्रिमंडल की नियुक्ति समिति (Appointments Committee of the Cabinet -ACC) ने उनकी नियुक्ति को मंजूरी दी गयी है।
संजीव कुमार, अरविन्द सिंह की जगह लेंगे। जो की भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण के पूर्व अध्यक्ष है।
भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण का मुख्यालय , नई दिल्ली स्थित है व इसकी स्थापना, 1 अप्रैल 1995 को की गयी थी।
