Recently Union Minister of Communications and Law and Justice Ravi Shankar Prasad has launched the “Online Grievance Management Portal” of the National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NCSC).
This grievance portal has been created by the Bhaskaracharya Institute for Space Applications and Geoinformatics (BISAG-N), in collaboration with the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India, as a center of excellence for end-to-end e-filing of grievances and their Will be able to facilitate tracking.
About “Online Grievance Management Portal”
This NCSC Grievance Management Portal will make it easier for the Scheduled Caste population of our country to register their grievances from any part of the country. These NCSC portals will enable them to file complaints related to their applications and other atrocities and services online and address them in a timely manner. The main objective of this NCSC portal is to streamline the grievance redressal especially of scheduled caste people through this portal.
This portal will enable the hearing process to work on the same lines as e-court. This complaint portal is linked to the website of the commission and any person can lodge a complaint on it. The facility of uploading documents and audio/video files is also available on this portal. This commission will go and supplement the complaints.

हाल ही में केंद्रीय संचार और कानून और न्याय मंत्री रविशंकर प्रसाद ने “राष्ट्रीय अनुसूचित जाति आयोग (NCSC) के ऑनलाइन शिकायत प्रबंधन पोर्टल (Online Grievance Management Portal)” का शुभारंभ किया है।
इस शिकायत पोर्टल को भारत सरकार के इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय के सहयोग से भास्कराचार्य इंस्टीट्यूट फॉर स्पेस एप्लिकेशन एंड जियोइन्फॉर्मेटिक्स (BISAG-N), द्वारा उत्कृष्टता केंद्र के रूप में बनाया गया है, जो शिकायतों के एंडटू-एंड ई-फाइलिंग शिकायतों और उनके ट्रैकिंग की सुविधा प्रदान करने में सक्षम होगा।

इस NCSC शिकायत प्रबंधन पोर्टल हमारे देश की अनुसूचित जाति की आबादी के लिए देश के किसी भी हिस्से से अपनी शिकायत दर्ज करना आसान बना देगा। ये NCSC पोर्टल उन्हें अपने आवेदन और अन्य अत्याचार और सेवाओं से संबंधित शिकायतों को ऑनलाइन दर्ज करने और उन्हें समयबद्ध तरीके से संबोधित करने में सक्षम होगा। इस NCSC पोर्टल का मुख्य उद्देश्य इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से विशेष रूप से अनुसूचित जाति के लोगों की शिकायत निवारण को सुव्यवस्थित करना है।
ये पोर्टल सुनवाई प्रक्रिया को ई-कोर्ट के समान लाइनों पर काम करने में सक्षम बनाइयेगा। यह शिकायत पोर्टल आयोग की वेबसाइट से जुड़ा हुआ है और कोई भी व्यक्ति इस पर शिकायत दर्ज कर सकता है। इस पोर्टल पर दस्तावेज़ और ऑडियो / वीडियो फ़ाइलों को अपलोड करने की सुविधा भी उपलब्ध है। यह आयोग जाकर शिकायतों करने का पूरक होगा।
