The Vice President on Thursday, former Telangana Chief Secretary S.K. Wrote the program after releasing the book ‘Suparipalan’, a Telugu translation of “Eco Tea Calling: Towards People-Centric Governance” written by Joshi.
Recently, Vice President Venkaiah Naidu has released the book ‘Suparipalana’ by retired civil servant Dr. Shailendra Joshi. Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu has today insisted on 4C – the people to elect their representatives on the basis of character, conduct, ability and power.
The book ‘Suparipalan’ is a Telugu translation of the book ‘Eco Tea Calling: Towards People-Centric Governance’ written by Mr. SK Joshi, former Chief Secretary of Telangana. The translator of this book is Sri Annavarpu Brahmaiya and published by Shri Maruti.
Vice President Venkaiah Naidu said that it is unfortunate that the character, conduct, ability and power required for good governance are being replaced by other 4-Cs i.e. caste, community, cash and criminality. He reminded me that citizen-centric governance will come from governance-centric elections.

(‘सुपारीपालन’ पुस्तक तेलंगाना के पूर्व मुख्य सचिव, श्री एस के जोशी द्वारा लिखित पुस्तक ‘इको टी कॉलिंग: टुवर्ड्स पीपल-सेंट्रिक गवर्नेंस’ का तेलुगु अनुवाद किया है| इस पुस्तक के अनुवादक श्री अन्नवरपु ब्रह्मैया हैं और प्रकाशक श्री मारुति द्वारा किया गया है|)
