Dilip Kumar’s family friend Faizal Farooqui informed about the actor’s demise through Twitter. He wrote – It has to be said with a very heavy heart that now Dilip Saab is no more among us.
Recently, Bollywood veteran actor Dilip Kumar passed away on 07 July 2021 at the age of 98. His health was not good for some time. He had to be admitted to the hospital many times.
Dilip Kumar’s family friend Faizal Farooqui informed about the actor’s demise through Twitter. He wrote – With a heavy heart, I have to say that Dilip Saab is no more with us. As soon as the news was received, there was a wave of mourning in the film industry.
Dilip Kumar made his acting debut in the year 1944 with the film Jwar Bhata. This film was produced by Bombay Talkies. Some of Dilip Kumar’s films, who have worked in more than 65 films in an acting career of five decades – Andaz (1949), Aan (1952), Daag (1952), Devdas (1955), Azad (1955), Mughal-e-Azam (1960), Ganga Jamuna (1961), Ram Aur Shyam (1967). His last film was Qila which was released in 1998.
