The big decision of Central Government: Recently, the Ministry of Civil Aviation has passed the new Drone Rules 2021, which will replace the existing Unmanned Aircraft System Rules. This information was issued by the Government of India. Under the Drone Rules, 2021, the maximum fine has been increased to one lakh rupees.
Earlier, the government had published the draft of the new drone laws on 15 July and sought people’s feedback on it by 05 August 2021. These new rules have been prepared only after studying the response received by the people on this draft.
Prime Minister Modi said that the new drone rules will tremendously help the start-ups and our youth working in this field. It will open new possibilities for innovation and business. It will help leverage India’s strength in innovation, technology and engineering to make India a drone hub.
Some of the approvals terminated under the new rules include Unique Authorized Number, Unique Prototype Identification Number, Certificate of Conformity, Certificate of Maintenance, Operator Permit, Authorization of Research and Development Organization and Remote Pilot Instructor Authority.
No permission will be required for the operation of drones in the green zone and up to 200 feet in the area between 8 to 12 km from the periphery of the airport. At the same time, online registration of all drones will be done through the Digital Sky platform.
3 zones have been created to fly the drone. These are Red Zone, Yellow Zone and Green Zone. Permission will be required to fly in Red and Yellow zones. The keeping of any kind of weapons, explosives or dangerous items in the drone will be strictly prohibited. Before using the drone, the drone must also be tested and its owner must also obtain a valid license. The government has issued a special form, through which applications related to drones can be made.
(हाल ही मे, नागरिक उड्डयन मंत्रालय ने नए ड्रोन नियम 2021 को पारित किया है, जो मौजूदा मानव रहित विमान प्रणाली नियम की जगह लेंगे| यह जानकारी भारत सरकार ने अधिसूचना जारी कर दी| ड्रोन नियम, 2021 के तहत अधिकतम जुर्माना एक लाख रुपये कर दिया गया है|)
(इससे पहले सरकार ने 15 जुलाई को नए ड्रोन कानूनों का मसौदा प्रकाशित किया था और इस पर लोगों की प्रतिक्रिया 05 अगस्त 2021 तक मांगी थी| इस मसौदे पर लोगों की मिली प्रतिक्रिया का अध्ययन करने के बाद ही इन नए नियमों को तैयार किया गया है|)
(प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने कहा कि नए ड्रोन नियम इस क्षेत्र में काम करने वाले स्टार्ट-अप और हमारे युवाओं की जबरदस्त मदद करेंगे| यह नवाचार और व्यापार के लिए नई संभावनाएं खोलेगा| यह भारत को ड्रोन हब बनाने के लिए नवाचार, प्रौद्योगिकी और इंजीनियरिंग में भारत की ताकत का लाभ उठाने में मदद करेगा|)
(नए नियमों के तहत समाप्त किए गए कुछ अनुमोदनों में यूनिक अधिकृत नंबर, यूनिक प्रोटोटाइप पहचान संख्या, अनुरूपता का प्रमाण पत्र, रखरखाव का प्रमाण पत्र, आपरेटर परमिट, अनुसंधान और विकास संगठन का प्राधिकरण और दूरस्थ पायलट प्रशिक्षक प्राधिकरण शामिल हैं|)
(हवाई अड्डे की परिधि से 8 से 12 किमी के बीच के क्षेत्र में ग्रीन जोन और 200 फीट तक के क्षेत्र में ड्रोन के संचालन के लिए किसी अनुमति की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी| वहीं, सभी ड्रोन का ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण डिजिटल स्काई प्लेटफॉर्म के माध्यम किया जाएगा|)
(ड्रोन को उड़ाने के लिए 3 जोन बनाए गए हैं| इनमें रेड जोन, येलो जोन और ग्रीन जोन हैं| रेड और येलो जोन में उड़ाने के लिए परमिशन चाहिए होगी| ड्रोन में किसी भी तरीके के हथियार एक्सप्लोसिव या फिर खतरनाक वस्तुओं का रखना पूरी तरीके से प्रतिबंधित रहेगा| ड्रोन के इस्तेमाल से पहले ड्रोन की टेस्टिंग भी होनी चाहिए और साथ ही उसके मालिक को भी एक वैध लाइसेंस प्राप्त करना होगा| सरकार ने एक विशेष फार्म जारी किया है, जिसके जरिए ड्रोन से जुड़ा आवेदन कर सकते हैं|)
