In Maharashtra, 15,095 women have lost their husbands due to the Covid-19 infection. That’s why the Maharashtra government has prepared a new program ‘Mission Vatsalya’ – for widows, especially women coming from rural areas.

Mission Vatsalya:  Recently, the Maharashtra government has started a special campaign for women from poor families who have lost their husbands to Corona. In Maharashtra, 15,095 women have lost their husbands due to Kovid-19 infection in the last 18 months.

The new program ‘Mission Vatsalya‘ – has been started for widows, especially women coming from rural areas. Those who come from poor backgrounds and deprived sections. 18 benefits, schemes and services will be provided to these widows in one place. Women development department employees, child development project officers, local unit officials and Anganwadi workers will visit the homes of such women and provide these services.

(हाल ही मे, महाराष्ट्र सरकार ने गरीब परिवारों की महिलाओं के लिए एक विशेष अभियान शुरू किया है, जिन्होंने अपने पति को कोरोना के चलते खोया है| महाराष्ट्र में पिछले 18 महीनों में 15,095 महिलाओं ने कोविड-19 संक्रमण के कारण अपने पति खोया है|)

(नया कार्यक्रम ‘मिशन वात्सल्य‘- विधवाओं, विशेष रूप से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों से आने वाली महिलाओं के लिए चालू किया गया है| जो गरीब पृष्ठभूमि और वंचित वर्गों से आती हैं| इन विधवाओं को एक जगह पर 18 लाभ, योजनाएं और सेवाएं प्रदान की जाएंगी| महिला विकास विभाग के कर्मचारी, बाल विकास परियोजना अधिकारी, स्थानीय इकाई के अधिकारी और आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ता ऐसी महिलाओं के घर जाकर उन्हें ये सेवाएं प्रदान करेंगे|)
