The chief minister of Chhattisgarh, Bhupesh Baghel, will launch a campaign called “Hamar Beti-Hamar Mann” with the goal of empowering and protecting the state’s girls.

To ensure the security of daughters, preserve their honour, and make their lives easier, the “Hamar Beti-Hummer Maan” programme will be implemented. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel tweeted about this information. 

He claimed that “Hamar Beti – Hamar Maan” is both a revolutionary movement and a step toward empowering our daughters to support themselves. Together, we can succeed in this campaign and fulfil our social obligation.

According to Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, daughters are deserving of our respect and honour. Daughters are the cornerstone of the state’s promising future. The society that empowers and protects its daughters is one that is always moving forward.

Women state police officers and staff members visit schools and universities in all of the state’s districts as part of the “Hamar Beti-Hummer Man” campaign to discuss their bad touch, sexual abuse, good touch, bad touch, legal rights cybercrime, and social media crime. will instruct and consult with them regarding issues like rights and protection.

According to Chief Minister Baghel, as part of the campaign, police will conduct special women’s patrols in girls’ schools, colleges, and other well-known locations with high concentrations of women and girls.

A phone number will also be provided for the “Hamar Beti Hamar Maan” helpline, where the girls can report any misbehaviour or crimes they are encountering as well as their concerns and problems.

Campaign for Hamar Beti Hamar Maan:

• As part of the campaign, female police officers and staff will visit state schools and colleges to hold discussions and provide guidance to female students on legal rights, good touch-bad touch, and preventive measures against sexual harassment and exploitation, cybercrime, and crime related to social media.

• Under the Hamar Beti Hamar Maan campaign, a helpline number will also be made available. The girls who are enrolled in high school and college will also be given information on the women’s safety app and how to utilise it.

• There will be specialised female patrolling in place at girls’ schools, colleges, and public areas. For women and girls to register complaints or issues with any misbehaviour or crime against them, a unique “Hamar Beti Hamar Maan” helpline will be established, and a mobile number will be made public.
