Khatu Shyam Mela 2024:The Fagun Mela at Khatu Shyamji started on Monday and will continue for 10 days. Many trains are being operated to Ringas, and a large number of devotees are coming to see this fair. A huge crowd of devotees has gathered at Khatu Shyam Ji in the Sikar district of Rajasthan to attend the Fagun Mela. The fair, which started on March 11, is witnessing a large number of people attending and continues till 21st March. This fair lasts for ten days, and several guidelines have been issued for it.

This time, the railway and district administration have made several changes. Due to security reasons, it has been instructed not to erect flags higher than 8 feet for the arriving devotees. Restrictions have also been imposed on glass bottles and DJs. This decision was taken in a meeting chaired by Sikar’s Collector, Kamal Ullah Jamal Chaudhary.

Devotees have been instructed to come with their shoes and sandals in their carts. To improve the arrangement of viewing in the fair, this time, two lines will lead from Guwad Chowk to the main market, passing through Jain Temple Street. • No loud music: DJs won’t be allowed at the mela.
• Bring your footwear: You’ll need to carry your shoes or sandals in a bag, as some areas might require them.
• Easier दर्शन (Khatu shyam darshan – holy visit): To see Baba Shyam more easily, there will be two special lines this year. One goes from Guwad Chowk to the main market through the Jain temple street, and the other leads out of the fair through a new exit.

The Khatu Shyam Temple has been beautifully decorated with flowers for the Fagun Mela, and the town of Shyam Nagar has been adorned in the colors of Baba Shyam. रेवाड़ी से रींगस तक चलेगी स्पेशल ट्रेन

From March 11th to March 22nd, there will be a special train running for the devotees coming to the Baba Shyam fair in Khatushyamji. The main spokesperson of the North Western Railway, Captain Shashi Kiran, provided information stating that this special train will depart from Rewari at 11:40 in the morning and reach Ringas Railway Station at 2:40 in the afternoon. Similarly, the train will depart at 3:00 in the afternoon and reach Rewari Railway Station at 6:20 in the evening. This train will operate daily from March 11th to March 22nd, considering the crowd of devotees coming for the Khatu shyamji fair.

Special Train For shyam Devotees Jaipur-Bhiwani-Jaipur

For the convenience of devotees and travelers, the Jaipur-Bhiwani-Jaipur Special Railway Service is being operated by the railway to Khatu Shyam Ji. According to the Chief Public Relations Officer of North Western Railway, Captain Shashi Kiran, train number 09733, Jaipur-Bhiwani Special Railway Service, will depart from Jaipur at 07:00 AM and arrive at Bhiwani at 02:20 PM from March 12 to March 21 (10 trips).

Similarly, train number 09734, Bhiwani-Jaipur Special Railway Service, will depart from Bhiwani at 04:05 PM and arrive at Jaipur at 11:15 PM from March 12 to March 21 (10 trips). This railway service will halt at stations such as Dhehar Ka Balaji, Neendar Banad, Chaumu Samod, Govindgarh Malikpur, Ringas, Shrimadhopur, Kavant, Neem Ka Thana, Dabla, Nizampur, Narnaul, Ateli, Kund, Rewari, Kosli, Jhajhli, and Charkhi Dadri.

Furthermore, the Health Department has set up camps at the fair. Health workers’ degrees are being verified to prevent any fraudulent activity. Instructions have been given to take action against those selling items at higher rates than MRP.

By air: Unfortunately, there are no direct flights to Sikar. The closest airport is Jaipur Airport, about 95 km away. From Jaipur, you can take a train to Reengus Junction, which is about 62 km away. Then, you’ll need to take an auto or cab to reach the temple.

By train: The nearest railway station to the Khatu Shyam Mandir is Ringus or Reengus Junction, which is approximately 20 km away. Other nearby stations include Kishan Manpura Junction, Baori Thikariya Junction, and Sonthalia Junction.

By road: From Jaipur, you can reach the temple by road. The distance between Jaipur and the Khatu Shyam temple is around 82 km. Similarly, the distance from Sikar to Khatu Shyam is about 45 km.
